I think footy is great. Wherever you go in the world you can meet and talk to people about the world’s greatest game.

It can also bring hope to lots of people in lots of different ways.

Green Park School has close connections with Spain. We have had, for five years, Catalonian teachers come to our school to teach our children spanish.

Our very first teacher, Carme Sentis, still stays in touch and Mrs Rafferty and I went to see Carme and her husband, Albert in Barcelona at Easter.

Our school has a partner school in Madrid, San Il Defonso, and we regularly have our children visit them and their children visit us. We have a blog all about our adventures. If you click on the picture you can read all about what happens when we meet.
